Stelios Vasilopoulos (MEng, MSc) is a Food Technologist with a long experience in quality control, cost analysis, procurement and project management in the private sector. He has worked with major F&B companies and the airlines catering service in London and Europe for 13 years. He has participated in several international projects with focus on improving efficiency and redesigning production processes. Since 2018 he is a Researcher at the University of Thessaly and involved in a series of national and EU funded projects, focusing on smart specialization in agrifood and specifically in smart agriculture and in insect farming.
