Donatos Stavropoulos (m) received the BS and MS degrees from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Thessaly, Greece, in 2012 and 2014 respectively and currently is a Ph.D. candidate in the same department from University of Thessaly, under the supervision of Prof. Thanasis Korakis. In his current role as a Senior Researcher at UTH, he is responsible for overseeing and executing EU-funded research projects centered around computer networks, telecommunications, smart cities, and smart grids. His responsibilities involve managing and implementing these projects to ensure their smooth operation and successful completion. His research interests primarily lie in wireless communications, testbed management, experimentally driven research, IoT systems, and the digitalization of energy grid systems. Through his work, he aims to advance the understanding and practical applications of these fields, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions.
