Evangelos Stamopoulos is an Ichthyologist/Oceanographer, a graduate of the Department of Oceanography and Marine Biosciences of the University of the Aegean. He received his Master’s Degree in Mediterranean Aquaculture from the Department of Agriculture, Ichthyology and Aquatic Environment where he has worked participating in ichthyological experiments.

As a student he participated in several programs of the University of Thessaly in supportive roles. He also worked for 3 years at the Information Systems Center of the Department of Spatial Planning, Urban Planning and Regional Development Engineering. Since 2019, he has been working at the Networks and Telecommunications Laboratory of the University of Thessaly.
