Kostas Choumas earned his Diploma, M.Sc. and Ph.D. in computer engineering from University of Thessaly in Volos, Greece, in 2008, 2009 and 2015 respectively.
Currently, he is a Senior Researcher for the Network Implementation Testbed Laboratory (NITLab) in Volos, Greece.
He is a project manager and technical coordinator for EU-funded research initiatives dealing with computer networking related aspects.
His research interests include the use of SDN, Blockchain and AI in the experimental verification and performance assessment of 5G and beyond communication systems.
